Course Creation/Funding Approval
Subsequent to creating College Certificate courses in GeneSIS each course must be sent to the Curriculum Administrator, Gina Ginou-Brennan, directly through the GeneSIS forwarding capability.
Program Update/Creation Form
The Program Update/Creation Form (PUF) can be downloaded from the Registrar’s Office web page. This form is to be submitted to Gina Ginou-Brennan, Academic Development, at immediately following receiving CRC final approval, with the final version of the program proposal.
Once the program of study and narrative information are created in GeneSIS, the Curriculum Administrator will request a CAL999 report, for a final review and activation of the program. This will ensure that information for publication download is accurate.
