STEP 2 -Cross-check time between Case Notes reports and P2P Summary.
Each office staff member has signed theirChecklist for Preparing for the Monthly Report and submitted it and their case note report to you.

Be sure there are not any entries for preparation activities appearing in P2P Summary Report, these should not have an activity type and therefore not appear in the report.
Make sure there is only a single entry for activities involving multiple office staff.
Make sure there is only a single entry for multi-day activities.
All entries in Section E: Workshops MUST:

All entries in Section H: Parent Groups must:
- include a sentence addressing whether Group Case Notes have or have not been entered for this meeting. If not, include a brief explanation of why not.
- include # Attendees
- have a concise but clear description to support our claim of service delivery. (i.e. topic; name, title and organization of professional speaker;titles of handouts distributed, etc.)
Section L: Support Parent RecognitionMUSTshow an entry each March, June, September and December. If there is no Support Parent Recognition, there must be an entry stating so.
Section M: Quarterly Satisfaction Survey and Evaluationautomatically appears in this section if an entry has been made with this activity type. See separate instructions for further information.
STEP 6- Save Summary ReportWITH PROPER FILE NAME. Follow example
below. When satisfied with the Summary Report, save it in your “Reports” folder on the computer or network.
FILE NAME: (Office initials) + (Report month with year) + (P2P Summary Report) + (Date report was run)
TIP: When revisions are made requiring multiple versions of the report being run on the same date, use alphabetic characters to differentiate the versions.

STEP 7–NetCIL data transmitted to Engineering Data on ______for
