The Dean and Professional Services have now met to consider the following risk alerts which have been issued for your College. These alerts are drawn from in-year monitoring data of 2008/09 and 2009/10. Details of how the alerts were generated are given in Annex A.

Please can you return a Form 2 covering all programmes, and the Form 1 for any programme or cluster where a possible risk has been identified – either by the College or through the risk alerts above. Please ensure the College response to the risk alerts is included in section 3 of the form 1.
The minutes or notes from the College meeting at which these issues were consideredmust also be provided in conjunction with the Form 1 or 2. This ensures that examples of good practice may be drawn from all programmes, and not just those considered at risk.
