Amelia Community Theatre Summer Theatre Camps 2015
Registration begins April 1, 2015
Register in person on April 1 from 10 am – 2 pm
One Week Camp for Ages 7 – 12 June 15-19, 2015 Registration Fee: $75
This five day camp provides instruction in theatre basics, with a performance for family and friends on Friday. Camp is from 9 – Noon each morning, in our studio theatre at 209 Cedar Street. Please note: 7 year olds must have completed first grade or the equivalent. Snacks provided. Session limited to 16 children.
The Boy Who Cried Wolf will be our show. Directors: Billy Powell, Linda McClane
Two Week Musical Theatre Camp for Ages 8-17 July 13-17 and July 20-25
Campers must be able to attend both weeks and be available for 1 performance on Friday, July 24 in the evening and 2 on Saturday, July 25 in the afternoon.
Ages 8-12* attend from 9 AM – Noon Registration Fee $140
Ages 13-17 attend from 9 AM – 2:30 PM Registration Fee $170
*returning campers who are 12 have option to register for all day camp
Tuition fee includes a copy of the authorized video of the camp show.
This two week camp provides instruction in acting, singing, and movement. Campers attending the all day session will bring a lunch each day; drinks will be provided. On Friday, July 24, all campers will be dismissed at noon, and return for the Friday evening performance. Campers will present Disney’s Aladdin Jr. on July 24 and 25. Please note: 8 year olds must have completed second grade or the equivalent. Camp is held in both our studio and main stage theatres, with performances on the main stage. What you need to do to register…..Complete the RegistrationForm and the Parental Release Form and provide payment. Checks are made payable to Amelia Community Theatre. Your camper is not registered until payment is received.
THERE ARE 3 WAYS TO REGISTER – Please remember we fill up quickly!
1. DELIVER your completed forms and payment by using the mail drop slot in the studio theatre door at 209 Cedar St. (our small theatre)or to the box office at the main stage theatre, 207 Cedar St. OR
2. MAIL thecompleted forms, with a check for the registration fee, to Amelia Community Theatre, PO Box 662, Fernandina Beach, FL 32035 OR
3. SIGN UP at the ACT Store on our website, and pay with a credit card. Then return your two forms either through the mail, as an attachment to an email, or by dropping them off at the theatre.
