Stall-holder Application – for Friday 14 July, 2017 1 – 3pm
Terms and Conditions:
The aim of the Community Market is to provide a community friendly event that supports and encourages local people to promote and distribute their handmade, local, boutique and unique items.
Our focus is on locally made and/or designed, up-cycled, recycled, environmentally sustainable goods that bring a diverse, vibrant, inspiring atmosphere to the market. All ages are invited to participate.
Cost:
A refundable bond of $10 per stall is required with applications. Stall-holders who do not advise of a cancellation within 48 hours of the event will not be refunded.
Selection criteria
We select stalls that:
• Have a great product
• And are fabulously presented
Interested stall holders please note that the Market DOES NOT admit stalls which sell the following items:
• Food or drinks – applicants with a Food Business Notification Number may be considered
• White goods
• Goods that are sold in any Elizabeth Rise shop
We expect stallholders to:
* Engage well with the public
* Promote their presence at our market eg social media, market flyers
Stallholders are not permitted to bring their dogs to the market.
On the Day Stall Allocation
• Report to the Elizabeth Rise Community Centre reception desk for allocation of your site from 12:15pm.
• Bring your own table. Chairs are available from the Community Centre.
• Once you are given a site you can unload your vehicle and as soon as possible please move your vehicle to the outer edge of the car-park.
• Please take all rubbish with you and leave the area clean and tidy.
• Stallholders must be ready to serve the public from 3pm. Stallholders’ products must be contained within their allocated stall space.

Space and Site request - (refer to site photo) Note: areas available are suitable for a trestle table. Requests for space inside the Community Centre will also be considered. PLEASE BE ADVISED REQUESTED AREAS ARE NOT GUARANTEED!
Please note: Should you wish to alter any of the products offered you must advise the Coordinator one week prior to the day. Acceptance is at the discretion of the Market Committee.
As an approved stallholder, I agree to abide by the Elizabeth Rise Community Market principles as determined by the Elizabeth Rise Community Centre Advisory Group.

Applications close C.O.B. Monday 26 June. No applications will be accepted after this time.
You will receive notification from us by Friday 30 June letting you know the outcome of your application.
Please be advised that any stallholder who harasses or abuses, physically or verbally, a member of the public, another stallholder, staff or volunteers will be asked to leave immediately and excluded from trading at future markets.
