Fifteen (15), Sixteen (16), Seventeen (17), Eighteen (18), Nineteen (19), Twenty (20),
Twenty-One (21), Twenty-Two (22), Twenty-Three (23) and Twenty-Four (24), of Block
Sixteen (16), in Robbins Addition, to the City of El Reno, Canadian County, Oklahoma,
according to the recorded plat thereof.
B. Discussion, consideration, and possible action on a request by Danny Wilcoxson for a change in
