Accommodation:Accommodation needs to be confiremed by 31st August 2017at Inverclyde. After this date we can not guarantee the rooms in the centre and participants have to arrange their accommodation on their own.Alternative hotels can be found using the following link:

Entry fee:Price: £350per player (this may be subject to slight change and will be confirmed at the point of the second entry form being distributed). Our preferred method of payment is via bank transfer and all transfer fees should be covered by the payee.
Presently, entry into competition, accommodation and all meals are included in this price. Transport costs are not included in the above price and are subject to confirmation. Teams will be notified after the return of the Preliminary Form.
A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required on submission of the Preliminary Entry Form.

Please Note: The maximum number of players per organisation in any individual event is three and all entries must be submitted by a recognised national association.
The confirmation of the names will be sentback to the countries after 31stAugust (after the second deadline) and a waiting list will be employed if necessary.
Rules:Competition will be held according to the rules ofBISFed.
Players are expected to use their own boccia balls which should meet the BISFed criteria on match balls.
Protest fee is £150.
Referee:If you can assistus with ensuring international refereesfor our tournament then this is appreciated. Referees do not pay the entry fee. The organiser will provide them free meals (three lunches and twodinners) and transport if necessary – from airport to venue.
Liability:The organising committee accepts no liability for loss, damage, illness, injury – including death,any medical or any other expense that may be incurred.
