We invite you to take part in theIIIrd International Scientific and Practical Workshop «Ashes from TPPs – removal, transport, processing, landfilling», taking place in April 22-23, 2010 in MPEI.

Official languages of the workshop: Russian and English.

Before theevent the proceedings will be printed. By results of the workshop a press release in the leading specialized printed and electronic mass media of Russia will be prepared and published. Besides,the workshop press release will be placed on the web sites of IACEE MPEI, ECOBA and ACAA.

Deadlines

January 18, 2010 – paper submission. Papers are to be submitted in the hard copy and via e-mail in Russian or English.

January 25, 2010– notification of the Organizing Committee about acceptance of the paper and publishing it in the proceedings

February 8, 2010 – paper submission in the 2nd language. Papers are to be submitted in the hard copy and via e-mail.

March 1, 2010 - application form for participation in the workshop.

Paperrequirements

In the workshop proceedings the papers containing results of introduction and new developments on ash and slag from TPPs in view of analysis of the world experience will be published. Paper requirements are placed on the web page can be sent by your request. Papers accepted by the Organizing Committee should be submitted in Russian and English in a hard copy and via e-mail.Papers submitted to the Organizing Committeeshould include address, phone, fax and e-mail of the authors.

Participation

Registration fee for participation in the workshop with the VAT makes 20060,00 roubles or 500 euros. Registration fee includes taking partin the workshop, proceedings, coffee-breaks and participation in the workshop closing ceremony.

Accommodation

Accommodation in the hotel “Lefortovo” is about 4000 roubles per night.MPEI hotel rates for the workshop participants make up to 2000 roubles per night depending on the room category. Payment for the hotel should be made in roubles. Organizing Committee can help in accommodation of the workshop participants in the hotel «Lefortovo» in case application will be made by March, 1, 2010.
