Title: ISO/IEC 10646-1 Amendment 30: Additional Latin and other characters

Scope: A set of character names, code positions, and typical graphic symbols for additional characters in the Latin collection, and other existing alphabetic and specialist symbol collections of characters, a total of 66 characters.

Rationale: To add to ISO/IEC 10646-1 several characters that are missing from existing collections (Latin, Greek, Cyrillic, and various specialist symbols) and deriving from sources including published standards developed by ISO TC46, National Body contributions, and the International Phonetic Association
