VIAAA Conference Host – March 20, 2018 – March 24,2018

The VIAAA invites you to be an exhibitor at our 46thAnnual Conference which will be held at the Hotel Roanoke

110 Shenandoah Ave. NW; Roanoke, Va. 24016.

The exhibit area will be available for set-up at 11:00a.m.on Wednesday, March 21, 2018.

Exhibits must be completely cleared from the hotel by 2:00p.m., Thursday, March 22, 2018.

A single booth will cost $400.00 and a double booth will cost $600.00 until February 12, 2018, then the cost will increase $50. If you need electricity and/or internet, you will incur added cost. All exhibitors’ booths will be in one large ballroom and the outside foyer.

EXHIBITOR SCHEDULE:

Materials may be shipped to the hotel beginning Monday, March 19, 2018.

Materials shipped before this date will not be accepted. There will a one time $5.00 per box handling and storage fee. There will be no storage space for materials after the conference.

If you are interested in being an exhibitor, please return the enclosed registration form with your check. We are looking forward to having 60 or more 8’ x 8’ exhibit booth spaces available. We are also looking for you to donate two or three nice door prizes for our door prize drawings. We are also looking for exhibitors to consider participating in our Golf Tournament.
