Reflective table for evaluating and improving
On the next page, you will find an example of a filled-in table (p. 2). An empty table is offered for your use on the last page (p. 3).
Here are some instructions for how to use it.
- If you have filled in a template in Step 6, Define goals and manage external demands, copy the first four columns and paste them in this table. If you haven’t filled it in before, think about the Success criteria, indicators, baseline and milestones of your project (go to Step 6 for more info).
- In the second part of the table, take some time to reflect on the progress of your project:
- Are you on track with the success criteria and indicators?
- If not on track, what could you do to improve?
- Is it feasible to make improvements in the current project?
