The following gives several ideas for your special event, butour services go beyond those listed. Ask us about a customizedmenu!

General Information

Linen Service(Two week advance notice is required for all linens.)

linen rental fees are as follows:

* Tablecloths: $5.00 each

* Napkins: $1.00 each

Food & Beverage Carry In/Out Policy

Food and beverages cannot be brought in for any catered event. Inobservance of food, health, and safety regulations, groups are not permitted to take home any left-over food.

Alcoholic Beverages

It is the policy of Ivy Tech Community College that no employee may purchase or serve alcohol for any event oncampus.

Menu Substitutions

Menu substitutions can be accommodated, but may incur an additional charge.

Guarantee

A guarantee must be given seven (7)business days prior to the event. Business days are Monday

Through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Billing

Charges will be based on the guaranteed number, or the actual numberserved, whichever is higher. The customer will be billedfollowing the event.

Funding

All departments must submit an account numberwhen placing an order. A Dining Services Request Form must be completed and submitted to Matthew Gasper.

Cancellations

Canceling a catered event requires five businessdays advance notice either in writing or via e-mail. The sponsoringorganization will incur all costs after that time.

After Hours

Events starting or ending before or after normal business hours or on weekends may incur additional labor charges at the discretion of the Director of Dining Services. Normal business hours for this purpose are 8am-5pm
