TERMS: $______/hour x ______hours for a total of $______. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your event date. The balance will be due upon Duo Zelos immediate arrival to the event. ______(initial). Additional music will be charged on ¼ hour intervals at the same hourly rate as above and will be paid immediately.______(initial). Any break time that lasts10-60 minutes will be billed at half the hourly rate above, and charged per ¼ hr.

Duo Zelo has the right to have business cards available to your guests for passive business solicitation only and will distribute only when asked. Duo Zelo will not be aggressive in marketing their business in any way including: leaving flyers on guests vehicles; etc.

Any recording, reproduction, transmission or photographing of Duo Zelo is for private use only. Any public use must be with written consent by Duo Zelo only.

Duo Zelo obtains separate business licenses and acts as business partners. We obtain our own tax forms, liabilities and insurances of our instruments and will not hold any party responsible or liable for any damaged or stolen property.

Duo Zelo will not be held responsible for any acts of G-d including rained out events,earthquakes, severe traffic incidents,etc.

The following music has been requested for the above performance. Please note that each request that is not yet in our repertoire, will have to be ordered and rehearsed at a rate of $25 each piece. ______(initial).
