In order to make your event most effective, Charlie and Jill have requested to communicate the following. Of course, these are optimal requests. Anything that is not available, please let us know. We certainly can be flexible.

•Should you need advertising material, visit our website at: www.charlieandjill.com/publicitybio.html

•The LeBlancs need a minimum set-up time of 2-3 hours. Arrival time will be established in advance through the main contact liaison.

•Upon arrival, they will need 1-2 strong bodies to help unload and set up equipment.

•If possible, please have the sound engineer there at that time.

•Upon leaving, they will need to have 1-2 people to help with packing up and loading equipment & resource products.

•It is also very helpful to have the lyric projection operator there at least an hour before service to make sure everything is working with the Power Point CD which we provide.

Equipment Needs

1. Two "boom" mic stands, one for Jill's vocal mic and one for Charlie's. We will provide microphones.

2. A weighted midi Keyboard w/sustain pedal that Jill will stand behind.

3. Charlie and Jill travel with two wireless in-ear monitor systems. If possible, they will need three separate mixes – one for each of them and one for a separate floor monitor pointed at Charlie (Jill will not need this). However if two separate mixes are all that’s available, it will work.

5. Charlie will need a small table, approximately waist high, to set next to him for placing his laptop computer on, as he will play background tracks from his laptop.

PA Input Needs

Charlie and Jill will need 9 available channels in your existing sound system as follows:

5 line level inputs

• One (1) direct line input (direct box or transformer) for the keyboard that you supply.

• One (1) direct line input (direct box or transformer) for an additional keyboard module which they bring.

• One (1) direct line input (direct box or transformer) for Charlie’s acoustic guitar.

• Two (2) direct line inputs (direct box or transformer) for a CD player or computer that they will use on the platform to play back stereo soundtracks (if necessary it can be adapted to one single line for mono playback).

2 Mic level inputsfor the microphones they will supply.

2 Auxiliary outs for the wireless in-ear monitors.

Recording

Please digitally record each session and supply C&J with a master copy. Please discuss with Charlie if you desire to make the teaching sessions available for sale. Any live music sessions cannot be legally duplicated and sold without written permission from the authors of each song performed.

Miscellaneous

•If possible, they would like to set up front and center on the platform if they are ministering for most of the service. Other preferred options can be discussed upon arrival or ahead of time.

•They will need a 6-9 ft resource table set up in a high-traffic area, if possible, and 1-2 volunteers to monitor the resource table and keep track of sales money. Jill will be involved with set up.

•If possible, Charlie and Jill would like to have a few minutes during the meeting to promote their resources, preferably at the end of their ministry time.

•Attached is a photo of their usual platform set up. It can also be set up opposite.
