WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US AND WHAT WE EXPECT

FROM YOU ON TRAINING

What you can expect from us:

We treat learners as adults and expect them to respond with mature considerate behaviour. We encourage and promote respect and good manners at all times

We will promote equality, respect, and diversity for all. Our policy is to treat people fairly, courteously and with sensitivity; to listen to views and understand the diversity of the community; to identify discrimination and to treat all concerns about unfairness and prejudice seriously

Ensure that all our training events are up to date and that our handouts are current

Your workplace will be informed immediately if you are asked to leave a training session for any reason and told why. No refunds will be offered

The trainer may contact your manager to discuss your performance on completion of a course if they feel it is necessary
