All information & Fees must be received prior to
Close of Business (COB=5:00 PM) on Friday, January 22, 2016
Directions (Changes from prior years are highlighted) –
- Enter the information in each of the following fields
- Print two copies – One for NABBA & the other for you
- Number all measures of the solo
- Mail only the NABBA copy of the Entry Form and Entry Fee to the above address
- Bring the original copy (no photo copies) of the solo to the Contest on Friday to provide to the Adjudicator
- Remember to also have a second copy (May be a photo copy) of the solo to perform from.
- The name of your Accompanist MUST be included with the Entry Form. They may not be added after January 22, 2016.
