TrueBlue has a Human Resources Data & Reporting Analyst position in our Human Resources Department open at our Corporate Office located in downtown Tacoma, Washington.

The HR Data & Reporting Analyst supports business objectives by providing insights through the gathering, processing and analyzing of people and business data from both the Workday HRIS and other sources. This position supports executive leadership and all HR business areas including HR, payroll, compensation, benefits, recruiting and training, with reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with various stakeholders to design & develop custom reports, dashboard and analytics to identify trends which improve management decision making
- Drives and executes HR Reporting strategy
- Process data into a usable tables, charts, visualizations and executive reports, through various mediums which include merging the various datasets when appropriate
- Regularly deliver metrics for leadership including:
- Performance Management
- Turnover Reporting
- Diversity Reporting
- Quarterly HR Metrics
- Fulfills report request from various parts of organization (comm, accounting, etc…)
- Develops and trains users on self-service reporting capabilities for regular report requests, as applicable
- Responsible for both compliance reporting (EEO, AAP) and all audit related reporting requests
- Recommend and help deploy changes to policy and process which would improve quality, accuracy, and timeliness of captured data
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data
- Collaborates with HRIS Analyst in Workday administration & configurations, in addition to advising on best configuration practices to optimize reporting capabilities
- Review, test and ensure successful adoption of changes included in semi-annual Workday releases
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Two years of work experience in reporting and/or data gathering, processing and analyzing people or business data
- Strong Excel skills including advanced formulas and analysis and ability to create advanced graphs and charts
- Strong understanding of systems and technology and ability to independently learn new technology
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills demonstrated by the ability to assimilate new information, understand relationships in data
- Strong attention to detail, including the ability to analyze information from a variety of sources to track and report data
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills; especially demonstrated ability to work with and communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management
- Ability to collaborate with a diverse group of colleagues and constituents and work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
- Demonstrated technical skills - proficient in all MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Workday a plus
