In the spirit of the French well known “Fête de la Musique”, Make Music Bahrain is a one day-music festival, open to professional and amateur local or foreign musicians. Artists and musicians are performing for free, with the only aim of sharing with the public their skills and talent in a festive manner. Publicity will be made to attract a large public. Entrance will be free for all.

The Cultural Department of the French Embassy to Bahrain and the Alliance Française (referred as “the coordinators”) are the voluntary resource coordinators of Make Music Bahrain, a national / international music event that will take place on Friday May 22, 2015,in Maison Jamsheer, Muharraq, Bahrain, from 5 pm to 10 pm.

To be involved in Make Music Bahrain, you must submit the herein registration to the coordinators, represented by

performance schedule will be sent to you with all technical details.

Your participation in Make Music Bahrain is expressly conditioned on your acknowledgment and acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

The Cultural Department of the French Embassy to Bahrain and the Alliance Française are not your partner, agent or representative and no aspect of our relationship with you creates any fiduciary, partnership, agency, employment, trust at law or other similar commercial relationship for any purpose whatsoever. You acknowledge and agree that coordinators are not obliged to make any payment to you (royalty or otherwise) for your services as a Make Music Bahrain musician or performer, or for your equipment or your participation in any other respect in Make Music Bahrain. The coordinators will not reimburse you for any other costs or expenses associated with your participation in Make Music Bahrain. However, regular sound system and stage lighting will be provided to all performers.

The coordinators may use and communicate your personal information for programme scheduling and promotional purposes only.

You hereby authorize, and grant all necessary rights to make photos and recordings (both audio-visual and audio only) of your performances. We may use the recordings for archival and promotional purposes only, and will not commercially release any recordings in any format.

You acknowledge that coordinators have the right to use your name, professional name, photographs, image, biography and any other information provided by you to coordinators for any promotional purposes connected with Make Music Bahrain.

You agree thatMake Music Bahrainwon’t be responsible for any unlawful or negligent act or omission by you.
