By signing this statement of commitment I agree that I will attend the training course on the following dates:

Classes will be heldat a venue in Central London (Zone 1-2) with an expected schedule between 9:30 – 4:30 for each class.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that if I miss two or more days of the session I will have missed too much content to be able to complete the course and accreditation. Therefore, the course administrator will not allow me to continue with the course and my employer will not receive a refund.

I understand that if I miss one day of the course I will not be able to complete the course on the first attempt.

I will be required to attend the next training course and associated assessments to catch up on the missed session before I can pass the course.

I will commit to undertake the assessments by completing them in line with the agreed schedule. I agree to submit my assignments online. If I anticipate any issues with the timescales I will talk to the course administrator as soon as possible.

Anymitigating circumstanceswhich prevent me from completing the course or the assessments will be submitted in writing by me and my employer to the course administrator.

Commitment of Support

Paladin are committed to providing expert training but we understand that taking on a seven day curse with accompanying assessments may feel daunting. As such we provide support to assist you with any queries about course content of the assessment process as well as any support you may need in terms of the difficult subjects we will be addressing.

There will be a course facilitator at each session will be there to introduce speakers and ensure your questions are answered. They will also explain how each section relates to any accompanying assessment and how best to complete the assignment.

The facilitator will also be available at set times for assessment tutorials or support with vicarious trauma.
