Information Flow:
· 10/30/2002: Received a response from PCL Constructions construction manager Ken Shier. He indicated that he has permission to provide me with the cost and construction information that I had requested earlier.
· 10/30/2002: E-mailed Ken Shier from PCL Constructions to request for information about construction costs.
· 11/05/2002: Received e-mail from water feature designer Mr. R.J. Van Seters with fixture cuts of underwater lighting fixture and silo detail.
· 11/06/2002: Received more information from water feature designer regarding lighting concept, theme, and elements of the water feature attraction.
Consultations:
· 11/06/02: Meeting with Dr. Moeck (Faculty Consultant) to discuss lighting design issues and design possibilities of the different parts of the building. The spaces discussed were the Lecture Hall, Outdoor Patio, Meeting Room, and the Gallery space.
· 11/07/02: Lutron “Controls” presentation for the AE 464 class. Met briefly with Lutron representative to discuss possible control scenarios and control equipment for the Lecture Hall space.
· 11/08/02: Meeting with Dr. Mistrick to discuss the lighting variation in the Lecture Hall space and the Outdoor Patio space.
