Tips to Follow Before Pre-Season:

▪  Train at least four days a week.

▪  A full-length game or practice counts and can substitute for one training day.

▪  Always use a ball during 51% of your workouts. MORE BALL TOUCHES DEVELOPS YOUR BALL SKILLS.

▪  DO NOT skip strength and conditioning exercises or workout. These are critical to developing power and agility necessary for peak performance.

▪  You should never need more than 40-60 minutes to do a training session.

▪  It is also a smart idea to record your results to see improvement.

What to work on:

✓  Endurance

✓  Speed

✓  Strength

✓  Flexibility

✓  Ball Skills

Nutrition Leading Up to Pre-Season:

▪  Eat Healthy

▪  Drink Water

▪  Eat Fruits, Vegetables, Pasta, and Foods that will fuel your body (Chicken, Turkey, Fish etc.)
