Alyo’s Occasions is a Chicago based company that focuses on making clients dreams come true for their wedding day. Our services are numerous, we have multiple wedding packages as well as specific duties for a couple’s day. We also have side businesses, between making invitations as well as floral arrangements, that we make sure are closely related to the wedding services but do not take away all of our attention. I am currently in the process of being a certified wedding and have helped at many concerts in the past, so I am aware of how events work.

At Alyo’s Occasions we will not focus on a certain type of wedding or budget, because we believe that every wedding should be the best no matter the cost. Our demographic will usually be less costly budget weddings because of our location, but that does not mean we will stay clear of higher budgeted weddings.

During the 2018 year, Alyo’s Occasions goal is to book at least three full service weddings and multiple day of wedding packages. This will help us get our name out there as well as giving us experience to further our company. In five years, I expect us to be doing many weddings and local charity events, because they have seen how focused we are when it comes to details. In ten years, I believe that we will be a go to planning company in our location. People will come to us for every event and we will give our services to different aspects of the night. Our marketing strategy will be to go to multiple bridal expos to help gt our name out as well as talking to local business owners to give out our business cards. We will focus on being a local company for now, which will bring clients in who want to support local businesses. Also, we will talk to local churches that I have attended, because they can talk to couples who are in the process of planning their weddings to see if they need any assistance or specific items.Our brand will be extravegent local events. There are so many special venue and vendors around here that are looked upon as less than because they are not in the city. Our goal is to change that stereotype and make our local vendors staples in the community.

Daisy Package (day of) starting at $1550

This package is our day of package, which means it is our basic package. It is for the couples who have all of the day planned, they just need someone to execute it. What we will do is make sure everything runs efficiently so you can enjoy your day. This package includes

  • A ten hour day of your event (me and an assistant unless there’s over 150 guests, then there will be two assistants)
  • 2 meetings (one at our office and one is a walk through at your venue with the vendors)
  • We will make your wedding timeline
  • We will be on site for your wedding rehearsal
  • Vendor confirmation
  • Unlimited calls and emails within business hours

Tulip Package (partial service) starting at $2250

This package is for the couple who wants to plan their wedding but not all alone. This way we will be able to assist them with whatever decisions they will make and some extra things. This package includes

  • A ten hour day of your event (me and an assistant unless there’s over 150 guests, then there will be two assistants)
  • 5 meetings (one is a walk through at your venue with the vendors)
  • We will make your wedding timeline
  • We will be on site for your wedding rehearsal
  • Vendor confirmation
  • Unlimited calls and emails within business hours
  • Vendor referrals
  • Assist with budget breakdown
  • Assist with seating assignments
  • Assist with bridal attire appointments
  • Assist with stationary
  • Assist with hotel accommodations and transportation for out of town guests

Rose Package (full service)starting at $3500

This is for the couple who wants to have a big day without the stress of planning it all. We will manage every detail, you just enjoy the ride! This package includes

  • A ten hour day of your event (me and an assistant unless there’s over 150 guests, then there will be two assistants)
  • 10 meetings (one is a walk through at your venue with the vendors)
  • We will make your wedding timeline
  • We will be on site for your wedding rehearsal
  • Vendor confirmation
  • Unlimited calls and emails within business hours
  • Vendor referrals
  • Create budget breakdown
  • Create seating assignments
  • Assist with bridal attire appointments
  • Create stationary
  • We will make hotel accommodations and transportation for out of town guests
  • We will plan your day after brunch
  • We will plan your rehearsal dinner
  • We will coordinate with your wedding party
  • We will give a shot list to the photographer so you get the perfect pictures
  • We will set up your floor plan
  • We will schedule all vendor appointments
