POSITION:AUDIOLOGIST

Windsor Regional Hospital (WRH) is seeking applications for a permanent part time Audiologist.The Audiologist provides a full range of audiological assessment services to inpatients and outpatients in a general hospital setting. The incumbent maintains goals, policies and standards of performance according to policy. The Audiologist is responsible for participation in departmental, hospital and educational activities, which are supportive of professional and corporate objectives. The Audiologist is responsible for delivery of service consistent with the vision and values of the hospital and the standards of relevant professional organizations. The Audiologist complies with the Occupational Health and Safety standards for the hospital and is proactive in promoting a safe work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Masters degree in Audiology required
- Licensed by the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO)
- Two years of relevant clinical experience, preferred
- Experience with both adults and children, preferred
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills and ability to work as a member of an interdisciplinary healthcare team;
- Commitment to standards of excellence and the concept of accountability;
- Commitment to and participation in Quality Enhancement activities;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and initiative
