Meeting Minutes
Present at the Meeting were:
Bellevue – Bengal Tigers – Cincinnati - Cooper - Dayton – Dixie Raiders - Erlanger – Ludlow – Newport – Red Devils – Ryle Raiders - Spartans - South Kenton – Taylor Mill
Treasurers Report was tabled to the next meeting.
Chris Vier who is scheduling for the officials reviewed a few rule changes for this season.
- 8 Minute Quarters for all age divisions except Starters
- Chop Block
- Horse Collar
- Illegal Participation
- Injury Timeout – Both teams to move outside the numbers (between the numbers and the sidelines)
- Areas that the officials are paying special attention to are Helmet to Helmet contact, water breaks and player safety
Chris also asked that if there is a schedule change to give the officials as much notice as possible and that the Home Team is responsible for notifying the officials of any changes.
OLD BUSINESS
Hall of Fame – Ken Morgan asked that all Head Directors send him an E-Mail with the names of those attending so name badges can be made. Banquet to start with drinks from 6:00 to 7:00 PM, Dinner at 7:00 PM and the ceremony starting at 8:00 PM. Setup will be on Friday 7/29/11 at 2:15 PM. Dress is Business Casual – Kakis and a Collared Shirt.
Jamboree – Rick Buckler will be making up a schedule for the Head Directors as to when they will be working.
Brad Slusher asked all teams to report the status of all age divisions and if they have teams:
- Bellevue: No PeeWee Team
- Bengal Tigers – No Junior Youth Team
- Dayton – No PeeWee and Junior Youth Team
- Red Devils – Junior Youth Team questionable
- Dixie Raiders – No Senior Team
- Spartans – No Senior Team
- South Kenton – Has all teams
- Erlanger – No Junior Youth and Senior Team
- Newport – Has all Teams
- Ludlow – No PeeWee, Junior Youth and Senior Team
- Taylor Mill – No Senior Team
- Cooper – No Starter, PeeWee and Midget Teams
- Ryle Raiders – Senior Team only
- Cincinnati – Senior Team only
Mills Road Contract – Ken Morgan met with the Kenton County Judge Executive and the Park Board. We have 2 options available to us regarding the use of Mills Road.
1. Increase what we pay Kenton County to approximately $20,000 and they maintain the park.
2. Lease for $1.00 per year for the use of Mills Road and we maintain. Ken estimated that the maintenance would be approximately $18,000 per year.
A motion was made by Ken Morgan and seconded by Rick Buckler that we lease Mills Road for $1.00 per year. Motion passed and Ken will put together a proposal to Kenton County.

Motion to adjourn was made by Tony Thornsburg and seconded by Chad Dant. Motion was approved.
