Tickets

Tickets for boat and Flam Railway will be sent as pdf file and must be printed by agent/client.

Voucher for train tickets will be sent as pdf file. The voucher includes reference number and pick-up code and tickets must be collected from NSB ticket office or ticket machine on train station in Norway.

Payment:

·  The booking will not be finally confirmed earlier than 90 days before date of departure.

·  Payment will be charged to the credit card on the day the tickets are issued in NOK only.

·  Commission according to this form will be deducted from the price when charging the credit card.

·  The credit card information will only be used for this order and will be deleted afterwards.

·  Payment can only be made by credit card.

·  Tickets will not be issued until payment is received by Fjord Tours.

Cancellation:

·  Free cancellation until 2 weeks before travelling date or when tickets are issued.

·  Tickets cannot be changed after they are charged and issued.

·  NO SHOW if tickets are cancelled after tickets are issued or less than 2 weeks until travelling date
