IMPORTANT FOOD SERVICE INFORMATION:
Licensee shall provide to Rider University Director of Business Conferences and Camps a guaranteed minimum number of participants at least five (5) business days prior to Licensee’s arrival on campus. Licensee will be billed for the guaranteed number or the actual number of participants, whichever is greater. If no guaranteed number is provided, the number of participants quoted above will be used as the guaranteed number.
RiderUniversity Concession Policy:
RiderUniversity reserves all rights to concessions and vending on the RiderUniversity campus. No group may engage in concession and/or vending without prior, written consent of RiderUniversity and Conference Services. Program Cancellation Policy:
The charge for a camp or conference cancelled within the timeframe below will be levied upon programs that have submitted this form to Conference Services but cancel their program.
Cancellation between 60 and 90 days: 25% of total estimated facility rental
Cancellation between 30 and 59 days: 50% of total estimated facility rental
Cancellation less than 30 days prior to program start date: 75% of total estimated facility rental
Insurance Requirement:
All organizations contracted to use RiderUniversity facilities must provide RiderUniversity a Certificate of Insurance prior to the start of the program and agrees to maintain at their expense such insurance with companies qualified to do business in New Jersey and acceptable to RiderUniversity. The certificate of insurance should be furnished to RiderUniversity prior to the use of the facilities. All insurance carriers must be licensed in New Jersey with an AM Best rating of A- or better.
Other Important Information:
- Please note this is a request form and as such availability at RiderUniversity is not guaranteed. Actual spaces reserved will be designated on formal agreement which will be sent to contact name listed above.
- Please submit a tentative schedule of this program. If a tentative schedule has not been created, please include last years schedule with this form. This will assist with the reservation process.
- Conference Services will schedule a pre-conference meeting one month prior to the group’s arrival on campus to go over details of program.
