Students will review previously learned material and be introduced to:
Key signature and scales in the key of G and D concert
Review balance and blend
Pyramid of sound
Intonation
Review and introduce eighth/sixteenth note and rest rhythm patterns
Percussion: Single ratamacue
Cross curriculum: Introduction and discuss Middle Ages/Renaissance Period in
Music
Review and pass performance exam
Weeks 7-9
Students will review previously learned material and be introduced to:
Trills
Perform trills
Triple meter
