Tutorial Instructions
The components of this tutorial include reviewing the FY14 Intake Assessment Form and the FY14 Intake Assessment Form Directions and Definitions, viewing a screencast, completing a participant worksheet, and filling out a short online evaluation. Participants should be able to complete the tutorial within one (1) hour.

· Required – All federal or state funded employees
· Optional – Volunteers or other program supporters

· New Employees – within 90 days of start date
Tutorial Process
· Step 1:
o Go to the Georgia Adult Learners Information System website located at https://galis.tcsg.edu. You do not need a GALIS user account to access the tutorial. Click on “Help” in the upper right hand corner. The training materials for this tutorial are located under “Training.” Print the participant worksheet.
o Review the original documents. Printing is optional.

· Step 2:
o View the 16-minute screencast, FY14 Intake Assessment Form.
o Complete the participant worksheet.
o Evaluate the tutorial at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/FY14Intake.
· Step 3:
o Turn the participant worksheet into your local program administrator or designee.
o Seek additional resources or clarification, if needed.
Collection of Participant Worksheets and GALIS Data Entry
Local program administrators will collect participant worksheets and use them to verify the completion of the tutorial. For GALIS data entry, enter the following information under the FY14 Professional Development tab.
