MINUTES of the WORK SESSION and SPECIAL BOARD MEETING
JUNE 11, 2015
A Board of Education Work Session was held at 6:00 p.m. in the Board of Education conference room. In attendance were Matthew Bowen, Nora Montanez, Beth Donofrio, Gary Bednarik, Richard Gozur Jr., Tony Kelly, Gary Bednarik, Jacquelyn Hampton, Bradly Yeager, Rachael Smith, and Richard Archer.
A special meeting of the Campbell City Schools’ Board of Education was held at 7:30 p.m. in the Board of Education conference room. President Beth Donofrio presided and led in the Pledge of Allegiance.
The following members were present to roll call:
Mr. Gary Bednarik, Mr. Richard Gozur Sr., Mr. Tony Kelly, Mr. Bill Valentino, and
Mrs. Beth Donofrio.
The Treasurer read the Special Meeting Notice, which is attached.

II.RESOLUTION #2015-93: It is recommended by the superintendent to the Board of Education that it approve the purchase of five (5) security school bus cameras, 4 CAM – Zeus DHD Hybrid (32GB SD with a 500GB HDD / single enclosure), from 247 Security, Inc. The total cost, including installation and travel expenses, is $9,905.00.

IV.RESOLUTION #2015-95: It is recommended by the superintendent / Board / negotiating team that it accept terms of agreement between the Campbell Board of Education and OAPSE, AFSCME/AFL-CIO, LOCAL #141. This agreement will be in effect from July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2018.

XIV.RESOLUTION #2015-103: It is brought forth by the superintendent / treasurer to the Board of Education that it approve a salary schedule for administrators and all regular school district employees not covered by either of the collective bargaining agreements as listed on said attachments. (Attachment #1 and Attachment #2)
This resolution was orally amended to include Benefits and Fringes. (Attachment #3).
