Staff will present an update on recent cases impacting the work of the Office as well as an overview of anticipated upcoming cases.
3. Rocky Mountain Power’s Net Metering Proposal
Staff will provide an overview of the recently filed proposal and timeline for the related Commission processes.

The Committee will not be making any decisions and will not be accepting public comment on this matter. 4. Utah Universal Service Fund: Follow Up Discussion
The Committee will discuss the concepts presented in the last Committee meeting and ideas to potentially include in updated or additional policy objectives.
5. Regulated Monopoly Utilities: Fundamental Principles
Staff will provide an overview of the role of regulatory processes for regulated monopoly utilities, the rationale behind regulatory timelines, and some differences in markets with retail choice.
6.Policy Objectives
This is a standing agenda item for the Committee todiscuss any ideas for edits or additions to the policy objectives based on the items raised in today’s meeting.
7. Closed Meeting: Pursuant to Utah Code Section 52-4-205 (1)(c): Strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation.
Note: All issues will be introduced and discussed (to the extent possible) in open session within agenda items #2. No motions are anticipated on any of the matters.
