Access to the Universal Postal Union building (UPU)

Information from the Secretariat of OTIF

1. The Universal Postal Union (UPU) has informed the Secretariat of OTIF that in future, name badges must be worn in the UPU building.

2. To prepare these name plates, it is therefore necessary that, contrary to previous practice, you fill in all the details on the registration form for the spring session of the Joint Meeting and send it to the Secretariat prior to the meeting.

3. Please complete and send the attached form by 9 March 2012 at the latest by e-mail to or by fax to +41 31 359 10 11.
