Course Description
The course covers the main aspects of management relevant for nonprofit organizations. Its main focus is on the competitive advantages analysis of non-governmental organizations (NGO). Through the series of case studies based on the experience of nonprofit organizations students get knowledge of how NGO can be competitive on the market.Course Rationale
The course is for GSOM majors in the fall semester. It contains 32 hours of lectures.Prerequisites: Management, Strategic Management.

After studying the course students will be able:-to evaluate NGO’s activities;
-to design and implement a fundraising plan.

Final exam gives 60% of the total score.
Mid-term exam - 20% of the total score.
