Course Objective:
This course is designed for beginners who are interested in studying the French language as language/culture Û comprehension = reading + listening, and performance = writing + speech, upon theoretical and practical activities that cover substantially the 4 basic elements of a language.

Final Exam: Tuesday, April 22, 6:25-9:05 p.m. (20% of the entire grade)
Final Grades are based on quizzes, tests, exams, attendance and participation in class.
REMARKS:
ü No make-up exam is permitted.
ü It is the student responsibility to cover the whole program.
ü Attendance is mandatory. You should sign up every attendance.
ü Check your Schedule Catalog for important dates.
ü Good grade is guaranteed if you fulfill the assignments given in class.
ü A sudden test or quiz could be given any day.
ü Use only French and you will be able to achieve day-by-day improvement.
ü Dedicate a special notebook for each class. You will be responsible of all notes taken in class.
ü Avoid tardiness to not affect your disciplinary action and your college status.
ü Grading Scale is shown in the University Catalog.
ü No need to mention the Academic Dishonesty Policy. Students must be aware of their duties and their responsibilities.
