What is this conference?

The SHRM-Atlanta Annual Conference is designed specifically for human resource professionals to provide a wealth of knowledge and the opportunity to attain recertification credits from HRCI. The conference incorporates time for networking and the exchange of ideas with colleagues in order to gain insights and solutions to pressing workplace challenges. In addition, dozens of resource partners are present to introduce products/services to support and enhance the productivity and success of the HR community.

What did I learn?

To answer that question, I will provide a brief set of details for each of the sessions that I attended over the two-day conference. In addition, I will share the conference proceedings by several means including presentations to work groups within {your company name here}.

As a prelude, the goals that I set before attending the SHRM-Atlanta conferenceincluded:
