Discussion on Training Sessions and Rates

-U8 and U9 limited to 1 hour sessions; explains lower fee structure.

-Request by Hennings to remove any reference of “Salary” from dialog in reference to paying DOC’s and Trainers for services rendered.

-Motion to approve for all U14 and lower teams trainers at all Spring (10) outdoor and Fall (10) outdoor games, twice each week practices for fall (25) and spring (25), indoor practices (10), two tournaments (6 games) for U8 and U9 and four tournaments (12 games) U10 through U14, and tryouts; Includes mini camps and no indoor games. Moved by Claver, Seconded by Manning:

-Motion – there should be an attempt for all trainers to make up any session that is missed for any reason; if the session is not made up, then the trainer is docked for those missed training sessions; there is an allowance of three cancellations for the year; (i.e., trainer won’t get docked for those missed sessions) – If the trainer can’t make it, then that trainer must notify the DOC with DOC confirmation in advance or (s)he will be docked for that missed session if the session is not made up:
