6. / Description of content: The purpose of this draft Regulation for a seventh adaptation to technical progress of Regulation (EC) 1272/2008 on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures (the CLP Regulation) is to amend Annex VI to the CLP Regulation in order to include updated classifications for substances already subject to harmonised classification and to include new harmonised classifications. The draft legislation concerns the following substances:

The draft proposal also defers the application date of the Commission Regulation (EU) No 605/2014 to 1 January 2016 to allow for a transitional period that is in line with the practice in place for previous adaptations to technical progress.
