Model DBJS-2 big bag cement packer is a new product developed by Tangshan Zhongyi Machinery Co., Ltd. And it is suitable for big bag less than 2 tons (including 2 tons) cement packing.

Ⅱ. Use and application scope

2.1 Use:

Model DBJS-2 big bag cement packer is a special equipment for cement plants to fill cement into big bags less than 2 tons (including 2 tons).

2.2 Application scope:

2.2.1 Power supply: AC 220V±15% 50HZ

2.2.2 Suitable conditions:

a. Environmental temperature: -10℃~40℃

Ⅳ. Construction and operation principle

4.1 Construction

Model DBJS-2 big bag cement packer is mainly consists of air blowing trough system at discharge outlet, manual spiral gate, pneumatic rotary valve ( two sets of Ⅰand Ⅱ), big bag cement packer and electrical control system etc. in which the big bag cement packer is consists of the frame, hanger, cement discharging bucket, dust collecting pipe(upper), bag dropping device, cement discharging device, pull bar and weighing sensor etc.

4.1.1 Model XLCQ200 air blowing trough system at discharge outlet is an extracting device located at the bottom of hopper. When the compressed air come from Roots blower into the hopper, it makes the cement at the bottom of hopper active that increase flowability of the material and are convenient for the material discharged. The air blowing trough system at discharge outlet is erected on to the hopper by secondary casting method.

4.1.2 Model LZ-300 manual spiral gate is the control device of discharging amount, it normally remains open condition. During maintenance or abnormal condition occurs, the gate is manually closed. The maximal travel distance of the gate plate is 320 mm. The manual spiral gate is connected with air blowing trough system on upper and pneumatic rotary valve at bottom.

4.1.3 Model FHQ300 pneumatic rotary valve is a gate valve which is consisted of valve body, core. Cylinder, change valve. During its operation, air track in the cylinder is changed through a two-position and five-may change-over valve to control rotating position of the core to make the pneumatic rotary valve open or close. The pneumatic rotary valve is erected with frame by fasteners connected with manual spiral gate on top and discharging bucket of big bag cement packer at bottom.

In order to guarantee the filling precision, this machine is equipped with 2 pneumatic rotary valve connected: model FHQ300 (Ⅰ) is used as adjusting valve; and model FHQ300 (Ⅱ) is used as gate valve.

4.1.4 Model DBJS-2 big bag cement packer is a big cement bag filling equipment consisted of frame, hanger, cement out-feed bucket, dust collecting pipe (top), bag dropping device, cement discharging device, pull bar and weighing sensor etc.

The frame is welded with channel steel and it is fabricated into a removable component which is convenient for transportation and installation at site. Pneumatic rotary valve, cement out-feed bucket. Dust collecting pipe (top), electrical control cabinet and air pipes are all erected on the frame. Dust collecting pipe (top) is equipped with pneumatic gate valve used to control dust collecting pipe whose outlet is connected to dust collecting system.

The hanger is a welded component which is connected to the frame with two pull bars and a weighing sensor (component) and the hanger is equipped with discharging device and bag dropping device.

Cement discharging device is consists of dust collecting pipe (bottom), discharging pipe, bushing of discharging pipe, locking device etc.. The dust collecting pipe (bottom) and discharging pipe are respectively connected with discharging bucket and dust collecting pipe (top) fixed on the frame through hoses.

The locking device of the discharging device is used to lock the filling inlet.

Bag dropping device is used to control big bag hanging or dropping, total 4 pc are controlled pneumatically, operating position of cylinder is used for hanging while original position of cylinder is used for bag dropping.

4.1.5 electrical control cabinet of electrical control system is used to control 4 “ two position and five-way change valves” to realize the whole processing of cement filling. This system is equipped with computer controlled scale as computer system of measurement of this machine.

The computer controlled scale consisted of single chip micro-processor and resistance strain weighing sensor (0.02 class) transfer the weight into a millivolt voltage signal and then changed into pulse digital amount through A/D and then transmit output signal to the display after it is processed by single chip micro-processor and out put control signal through solid relay; meanwhile, it may be controlled by input keys to complete other function operations such as taring, accumulation etc. (see operation manual of computer controlled scale ).

Computer controlled scale is possessed of advantages of accurate weighing, stable performance and convenient operation; and is possessed of functions of zero set, automatic zero position tracing, preset of packing weight, taring, alarm for upper limit and lower limit, manual or automatic weight accumulation etc.; weight is displayed by 7 fluorescent nixie tube ( weight: 6 digits; accumulative weigh : 8 digits; accumulative bag: 4 digits); it is visual display.

4.2 Operation principle

The operation principle of Model DBJS-2 big bag cement packer is described as follows:

4.2.1 Lock the opening of big bag onto the rubber bush of cement discharging pipe manually with locking device of out-feed device.

4.2.2 Press the button of “bag hanger”, then “the solenoid valve of bag hanger” is powered, through-in air pipe and let cylinders of 4 bag hangers operate synchronously up to the operation positions and then hang the 4 slings of big bags onto staggered bars. In order to make the 4 cylinders operate synchronously, air pipe circuit is controlled by one “two-position and five-way change valve” and two” air pipe circuit block”.

4.2.3 Meanwhile pressing button of “bag hanger”, and “the solenoid valve of bag hanger” is powered, “the solenoid valve of dust collection” is powered and through-in air pipe circuit, open pneumatic gate valve on the dust collecting pipe (top), let it go through with dust collecting system. Now, the preparation work of big bag cement filling is completed.

4.2.4 Press “filling starting’ button, valves” of pneumatic rotary valve Ⅰand Ⅱ are powered, valve cores are completely opened, then the filling begins.

4.2.5 When the cement filling up to 85-95% of the standard weight ( concrete setting point must be determined during commissioning for cement filling), “two-position five-way change valve” on the “pneumatic rotary valve Ⅰ” used as adjusting valve is turned off and recovery, the core closes to 15-5% (concrete setting point must be determined during commissioning for cement filling), it becomes tiny flow filling at this time.

4.2.6 when cement filling is up to the setted weight, “the two-position five-way change valve” on “pneumatic rotary valve Ⅱ” used as gate valve are automatic all turned off and recovery, the core of pneumatic rotary valve is closed, cement flow stops and the cement filling is terminated.

4.2.7 When cement filling terminated as filling up to the setted weight, start the “bag dropping” button, the cylinder of bag dropping device return to original position, then the filled big bag drops onto forklift truck cradle and transported to the warehouse by forklift truck. Meanwhile “bag dropping” button is pressed, the pneumatic gate value on dust collecting pipe (top) is automatically closed. By this time, the whole procedure of cement filling is terminated.

4.2.8 If abnormal condition occurs during cement filling procedure, “filling stop” button may be pressed at any time, cement filling may be stopped for check and fixing a breakdown.

Ⅴ. Installation and commissioning

5.1 Installation

5.1.1 The whole machine is dismantled for bundle to transport to installation site and then it is erected at site.

5.1.2 Fist of all, the frame may be assembled and put it on the civil construction pre-embedded irons and fixed with fasteners.

5.1.3 Other parts, components and devices may be respectively erected according to the general assembling drawings.

5.1.4 After the whole machine is erected, connect AC 220V 50HZ power supply and air supply pipes.

Pay attention to the connection of air supply:

The air pressure of air blowing trough system at discharge outlet is 0.05-0.08 Mpa (the pressure of air supply is the same as 0.05-0.08 Mpa when pneumatic rotary valve Ⅱ needs to be air filled according to conditions of cement); and the pressure of air control cylinder is >0.5 Mpa.

5.2 Commissioning

5.2.1 Unloading trial operation

After the erection of the whole machine is completed, trial operation of the machine must be carried out with electrical and air supply and simulate the whole procedure of cement filling in order to check whether or not the equipment can meet operation requirement for cement filling.

5.2.2 Loading trial operation

After unloading trial operation is completed, loading trial operation may be carried out. During the procedure of loading trial operation, the setting point of tiny flow filling must be determined and determine production capacity and weighing precision of the equipment.

Ⅵ. Points for attention :

6.1Thoroughly check must be carried out to the equipment including power and air supply before the machine is put into operation.

6.2 During the machine is operated, check must be often carried out to see whether or not leakage occurs; if it occurs, trouble must be removed in time to secure normal operation of the machine.

7
