Turlock Crush Volleyball Club – Parent Informational Meeting 2016-17 Season

  • Sunday, November 6th at Pitman High School Gym
  • 13/14’s from 10-noon15/16/17’s from 1-3 p.m. – Cost is $25 per player
  • Arrive 20-25 minutes before your scheduled tryout time to register
  • Teams will be chosen no later than 30 minutes after tryouts conclude with 10-12 players and 3-5 alternates per team
  • NCVA Membership
  • Membership card required at Tryouts and purchased directly from NCVA website ahead of time
  • Cannot tryout WITHOUT signing up for membership!
  • $20 for Tryout pass forthe month of November, plus $70 if your daughter makes a team
  • OR $70 for full year membership for the 2016-17club season including tryouts, clinics & season

  • Fees do NOT include NCVA membership, individual/team pictures,Nike team apparel, player transportation or individualhotel rooms
  • Additional tournaments = extra fees per player! (optional/team dependent)
  • Junior National Bid at end of season = extra fees per player! (optional/team dependent)
  • Commitment Night
  • Monday, November 14th from 6-8 p.m. at Pitman HS Cafeteria
  • Half the season fees are due w/NO exceptions (checks made payable to Turlock Crush)
  • Uniform sizing – best for players to wear sports bra and spandex
  • Complete 4 forms found online: NCVA Medical Release, Commitment Letter, Crush Questionnaire, Parent/Player Contract
  • Additional Information
  • 2nd half of season fees due no later than January 5th or your daughter doesn’t play!
  • NO REFUNDS anytime throughout the season!
  • Non-Profit status(Donations are tax-deductible)the club is Nike Sponsored
  • 24 hour rule in place during the season
  • Scholarships are available–fill out form on the club website & email by Nov. 1st!
  • Priority is given to 1st time club volleyball players!
  • Practices will start the week of December 5th run through thelast tournament in May
  • You pay for your daughter to practice, so there is NO guarantee for playing time
