IRON CAT ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT CAMP: Spring 2015 (Boy’s and Girl’s)
Wildcat Strength and Conditioning Coordinator Jason Dudley will host a six-week personalized strength training series at CWU’s Nicholson Pavilion weight room this spring for athletes of all levels (15 years of age and older) and sports to increase their athletic ability.
Staff information:
IRON CAT CAMP: $200 per athlete
March 23rd – May 1ST, 2015: 18 Training Sessions, 27 hours of training
Mondays, Wednesdays 6:15 pm to 7:45 pm & Fridays 5:15 pm to 6:45 pm
- Personalized training from Strength and Conditioning professionals
- Improve Athletic Ability for any sport
- Reduce risk of injury during competition
- Improve strength, power, size, endurance, speed and quickness
- Room for beginners and experienced athletes
Each training session will be focused on increasing athletic ability and reducing overall risk of injury through proper movement mechanics and exercise progression in a challenging and enjoyable environment. To ensure personal attention for each athlete, this camp will be limited to 32 participants. First come first serve.
What to Bring

- Workout shorts or pants
- Desire to improve each day
Please leave all valuables at home. No loose jewelry (necklaces etc.) can be worn during training for safety reason.

Camp Code of Conduct
The CWU Strength & Conditioning Code of Conduct (found on the last page) will be followed at all times during each training session. CWU reserves the right to send any camper home if found to be undesirable for any reason.

Code of Conduct
It is a privilege to train and coach in the Central Washington University Strength and Conditioning facility. In order to earn and keep this privilege, I will always follow the Strength and Conditioning Code of Conduct.

- I will bring my absolute best effort and attitude to each and every training session.
- I will lead by example
- Every Coach, Athletic Trainer, Staff Member, Student- Athlete and all equipment will be treated with respect.
- Dress for success –
- Full t-shirts will be worn during all training sessions.
- Athletic shoes will be clean and tied during all training sessions.
- All loose jewelry will be removed prior to all training sessions.
- I will be on time for each and every training session.
- Immediately notify camp staff of any injury.
- Remain standing during entire training session, unless otherwise directed by camp staff.
- Leave the Strength and Conditioning Facility better than you found it after each training session.
- Head phones, cell phones, hats, food, gum, tobacco products and anything else that does not positively contribute to training will be kept out of the Strength and Conditioning Facility at all times.
- Safety clips and spotters will be used at all times for appropriate exercises.
- Music will be kept free of profanity and played at an appropriate volume.
- The back gate will be used for entering the weight room.
