RISE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM DEADLINE: 2/10
· The Rise Scholarship Foundation (Rise stands for Rewarding Individual Success in Education). The aim of this scholarship is to provide financial assistance to students with learning disabilities
· To be eligible for this scholarship, students must be a high school senior who is planning on going to a college or university next year
· As this scholarship aims to help students with learning disabilities, studentsmust have a documented LD(a diagnosis of ADD or ADHD does not quality a student). To be eligible, students must also have a minimum of a 2.5 GPA (on a 4.0 scale).
· Students must submit a letter of recommendation (from a teacher, guidance counselor, or principal), a recent photo with the student’s name on the back, and a high school transcript
· Students must also submit an essay on the topic of “gratitude.”

· 24 high school juniors will be selected to participate in a year-long leadership development program

· The New York Chapter of the American Logistics Association sponsors up to 15 $5,000 scholarships for dependent children of active duty, reserve, National Guard or retired members of the United States military who hold valid Exchange & Commissary shopping privileges at the time of application.

· Scholarship awards range between $500 and $1,500

· Up to $25,000 per year to 50 first-time or existing college students, renewable for up to four years, and one additional year for those entering a qualified five-year engineering program
· Applicants must be high school seniors, high school graduates, or current postsecondary undergraduate students who plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited four-year college or university for the entire 2016–17 academic year

· TCM Scholarship Program awards $5,000 each year to one graduating high school male and female
· This scholarship is open to students who have participated in cross-country or track, running events 800 meters or longer
· Applicants must have a 3.0 GPA or higher, have leadership skills and volunteer experience

AIR FORCE AID SOCIETY GRANTS & SCHOLARSHIPS DEADLINE: 3/18
· Offers need-based grants ranging from $500 to $4,000 through the General Henry H. Arnold Education Grant program
· Open to dependent children of active duty, retired and deceased U.S. Air Force members
