The Post

The purpose of this position is to be a digital marketing leader across Prior Park Schools ensuring that we have and use the right digital tools to increase our schools’ appeal with our target audiences. The postholder should increase awareness of The Paragon amongst young parents in Bath and those relocating here and create opportunities to bring people onto the site so they see the best of what we have to offer. The postholder should keep the faith of current Paragon parents and achieve their positive endorsement, whilst enhancing the school’s reputation within the community.

Responsibilities

  1. To assess Prior Park Schools digital presence, developing the digital strategy & plan and support its implementation.
  1. To review advertising & Media Planning, ensuring Paragon paid-for messages are compelling and positioned perfectly for our target audience.
  1. To monitor and update the Paragon website, keeping the content fresh, interesting and on-brand.
  1. To maintain the positive profile of The Paragon through continuous PR – working with the teaching staff to generate content and with facilities to create engaging events.
  1. To work with The Paragon Registrar on recruitment goals and open events.
  1. To maintain positive relations with Paragon school neighbours, the local community and the children’s chosen charity.
  1. To build relations with nurseries and local parents and toddlers so The Paragon becomes an active choice for Bath parents.
  1. To manage the on-brand holiday activities, including Camp Teepee and Paragon Art School.
  1. To develop Paragon collateral and publicity material that brings the school alive in two-dimensional form.
  1. Manage The Paragon marketing and holiday activity budgets.

Salary

The Paragon School operates its own pay scale. The salary will be according to qualifications, skills and experience.
