SUPPORT SERVICES AND EVALUATION SYSTEMS

As we begin the second semester of the 2006-07 school year, your school's PAI process will be in an important phase with Observations and Feedback Conferences being completed and Annual Performance Reports/Conferences being finalized. You may find that questions will arise among your administrative team regarding various facets of the District's evaluation processes.

Jan Holley, Evaluation Systems Director, is available to provide on-site PAI support for your administrative teams, if desired. She'll be glad to come to your school to meet with one or all members of your administrative team regarding any of the evaluation processes (before, during, or after the school day). She can review the Superintendent's Special Emphasis Item, PAI procedural issues, classified evaluations, have a Q & A session, or focus on other designated area(s) of your choosing. If interested, please contact Jan Holley to schedule your on-site visit.

PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT AND ETHICS

2) Teachers who are in their first year with CCSD but who have previously acquired tenure in school district in Georgia i.e. new transfers from other districts with 3+ years of experience.

If you have any questions regarding the nonrenewal process, please consult your Supervisor's Guide to Documentation or contact John Adams at (770) 420-4958.
