THIS INDENTURE, made this ____ day of ______, 2008 by and between Palmer Properties, L.P., a Tennessee limited partnership, with Virginia H. Palmer as its sole general partner, (herein referred to as "Grantor") and Virginia H. Palmer, as a tenant in common, (herein referred to as "Grantee").
WITNESSETH:
Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and legal sufficiency all of which are hereby acknowledged, has granted, conveyed, bargained, sold, quitclaimed, and confirmed, and by these presents does grant, convey, bargain, sell, QUITCLAIM and confirm unto the said Virginia H. Palmer a 60.8288% interest as a tenant in common, all that tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in District No. Six (6) of Knox County, Tennessee and being more particularly described as follows:

Being a 60.8288% interest as a tenant in common in the same real property conveyed to Palmer Properties, L.P., a Tennessee limited partnership, by Quitclaim Deed dated January 27, 1995 and recorded in WB 2166, Page 52 in the Register's Office of Knox County, Tennessee.
This conveyance is also subject to all other restrictions, covenants, easements, liens, encumbrances and other matters of record in the Register's Office of Knox County, Tennessee.
Together with all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereof, belonging or in any wise appertaining thereto, to the proper use, benefit and behalf of Grantee forever in fee simple.

BEGINNING at a concrete right-of-way marker situated on the northern boundary of Watt Road (50 ft. left of centerline, Stn 60+00), then from said right-of-way marker with the northwestern line of Watt Road, South 69 deg. 24 min. 34 sec. East, 47.69 feet to an iron pin located at the right-of-way with Watt Road and the northeastern line of TVA Transmission Line right-of-way, said iron pin being the point of BEGINNING; then with the TVA Transmission Line right-of-way North 54 deg. 13 min. 02 sec. East, 549.72 feet to an iron pin; then North 14 deg. 56 min. 00 sec. East, 750.48 feet to an iron pin; thence South 42 deg. 52 min. 38 sec. This transfer is subject to all applicable easements and restrictions including a minimum building setback of 50 feet and 10 feet utility and drainage easement inside all lot lines. Further, subject to the TVA Transmission Line right-of-way as set forth in Deed Book 1218, Page 550, in the Register’s Office for Knox County, Tennessee.
The above description is the same as the previous deed of record, no boundary survey having been made at the time of this conveyance.
