Having worked both offshore & onshore, I have wide experience of most kind of drilling, work over & other related operations. I have keen knowledge & thorough understanding of drilling / work over (Principals), down tools & surface equipment (Operations, troubleshooting & maintenance).

I have experience of planning, executing & controlling drilling / work over & other related activities, of liaison with company representatives & to carry out operations in accordance with company’s & operator company’s policies.

Have sound working knowledge of down hole problems, troubleshooting, directional drilling techniques, under balanced drilling, multilateral wells, open hole sidetracks, open and cased hole fishing, running and setting casing and liner strings, well completions, Amphion based system, cyber base, top drives, Iron Roughneck, Pipe Conveyor, Pipe Deck Machine, Star Racker & other equipments.

Mud systems such as oil base mud’s, water base mud, Kcl-PHPA mud, Kcl-PHPA Glycol Mud and various drilling and completion brines.

Well completions such as dual completions, barefoot completions. Drain hole completion, Gas lift completion, ES Pump completions.

* Manages and directs the daily activities of the on tour drilling department and other key department heads in accordance with client goals and within Company guidelines & policy.

* Operates the drilling unit in accordance with safe and acceptable practices within company guidelines & policy.

* Attend appropriate well control schools. Maintain appropriate well control certification and operate the drilling unit in accordance with safe well control practices and in compliance with local regulatory requirements.

* Develop and maintain good working relationships with other department heads, Supervisors, operator's representatives, subcontractors, and other personnel on the drilling unit.

* Operate in such a manner which results in achieving the Operating Plan and objectives including but not limited to the following areas.

* Safety, Downtime, Client drilling curve, Rig budget (cost control), Manpower turnover, Rig appearance, housekeeping.

* Supervises all drilling operations, ensuring efficient conduct and compliance with the Client's drilling procedures and safety, environmental protection and occupational health policies.

* Monitors and follow up the condition and maintenance of the drilling equipment and support machinery at all times.
* Lead, Observes and guide the work performance of the drilling crew to ensure high standard of safety.
* Carries out routine inspections and corrects or reports all hazards.
* Checks all log to verify that preventative maintenance has been carried out and performs drilling equipment inspections to ensure readiness for use.

* Perform rig-ups and assist rig movers.

* Supervises and tests the installation of casing and blowout prevention equipment.

* Monitors adequacy of drilling operation supplies.

Drilling Reports:
* Maintains drilling journals, logs, and reports.

* Controls the I.A.D.C. reports.

* Compiles the daily drilling report and daily pump report.

* Produces or delegates the Tool pusher’s Weekly Inspection Report.
