  • Home sideline starting to look warn
  • May consider resoding in spring
  • May want to consider rolling out a carpet on the sideline during games
  • Actual field looks great
  • Regarding light poles we will look at next year
  • GB and Sons lending lights for practice field at Mill St
  • Proposed to end practices the last week of the season on lighted baseball fields
  • Proposal to ask Park and Rec about soccer field use at Borden Colony
  • Raynham Fire providing lights for practice field at Bettencourt complex
  • Ken Bollin proposed renting a second set of lights for each field
  • Discussion on Rockland mighty mite player that was over 120 pounds; not a lot that can be done

  • $1300 in outstanding registration fees

  • Playoffs Saturday night 11/5Hanover
  • Playoffs Sunday 11/6 Barnstable
  • Starting Sunday 11/6 games start at 11 am
  • Super Bowl in Raynham on Sunday 11/13
  • Discussion on having a backup field (turf) in case of bad weather
  • Jim to look into having BR on Sunday 11/13 as a backup field if in climate weather
  • Concessions: Anthony McCauley
  • Issues with parents not showing up for stand duty
  • Organization bailed out by the same parents that always help out
  • Todd suggested reminding parents of the responsibility to be at stand duty prior to the weekend
  • Discussion on how to provided incentive for parents to show up for their scheduled stand duty
  • Table stand no show discussion for another meeting
  • Bathroom door still not working
  • Doors have been ordered and they will be in the middle of next week
  • Equipment Report: Tom Holton
  • Need to order approximately 10 more 100 shoulder pads
  • Donation of equipment to Brockton complete
  • Paint sprayer down, will be fixed soon
  • Fund Raising: Kristin Carfagna
  • Group of moms helping Kristin at apparel table at home games
  • New Raynham Giant flag on sale at apparel table
  • Car stickers will be in next week

  • Need sideline passes; 7 to 9
  • Need to reach out to visiting teams for rosters to be inserted into ad book
  • Need can liners for big trash barrels
  • Audio speakers at field are worn out
  • Ken Bolin motioned to have Tim B and Todd price out an affordable system and they take an email vote
  • Discussion on portable bleachers for visitors side
  • If we don’t get bleachers may want to have vinyl signs for home and away
  • Kristin will work on vinyl sign
  • Todd noticed this past Saturday how all players were being rotated in during JV games
  • Discussion on progress of each age group from coaches
  • Kayce Tebo is filming all teams; coaches asked to watch what they say on sideline
