§ 7th Grade Volleyball open gym and evaluation dates set.
§ Open Gym: Tues. 8/18 and Thurs. 8/20
§ Treasurer’s Report – Bob Gattuso
§ Check delivered to the Sykes for Joey Sykes Bear Necessities donation
§ Moved $7,000 from emergency CD fund for upcoming expenses
§ Donation to Lewnard family, gym floor maintenance, track
coaches, pads for gym, refrigerator in concessions, teacher
luncheon, pack the gym banners.
§ Confirmed that Hank will get certificate of Liability
§ Bob to get Sports Banquet budget
§ Bob to give volleyball coaches the tournament budget (TBD)
§ TO DO: Investigate floor quotes to confirm that current company
has a competitive price
§ President’s Report - Karen Haaning
§ Brian accepted the Athletic Director position for 2010-2010.
§ Volleyball camps went well with over 73 students attending.
§ Basketball uniforms: use bigger numbers on jerseys; 8” numbers on adult
§ Facility Business - Bob Gattuso
§ Conference banners from St. Francis were donated. Approximate
cost was $4,000 (price of reproduction will be less expensive as
initial screening for schools has been completed. Need to double
check that all schools competing with St. Raymond are represented.
§ Continue to check on American Flag pricing and sizing for gym wall.
§ Kate Conlon Update – Kevin McTigue
§ Limit the teams to 24 teams. Have 18 teams already committed.
§ Decision on game start times and notice is to be given to schools regarding new

§ TO DO: Get on-line to update the website with same request and open gym date
information (with Kevin’s help). Also- clean up the website of old info.
§ TO DO: Create an Athletic Association template page for Friday Flyer announcements.
