Girls Golf Festival
Registration Form
Please find below the Registration information and guidelines:
1) Entries shall be accepted from the Association convenors or designate only.
2) Submit only ONE form per Association.
3) An Association may enter a maximum of seven (7) golfers with a score of 110 or less on a minimum par 70 course.
4) Each Association may enter their top three (3) golfers regardless of their score.
5) Additional entries will be added at the discretion of the tournament convenor using a random draw, based on participation levels and qualifying scores. If you wish to have additional entries considered, please submit their names in the space provided.

REGISTRATION FEE - $73 + $25 = $98 (Payable to “Herman Secondary – OFSAA Golf)
