After a short break, we are continuing our sailing lessons. The details about the registration and training processes are given below:

Applications:

Applications are due February 17, Wednesday 5pm. You may go to the application link through .For the hands on trainings, you may prefer maximum 3 slots. When you choose your available slots, your training will be scheduled one of those slots if available. Moreover, because the lab hours are scheduled after the registration period, please consider your probable lab hours while choosing the slots that fit into your schedule.

Important: While choosing the slots that fit into your schedule, please keep in your mind the travel time to Dereağzı Tesisleri. If you are late, you will not be able to attend that class (In other words, there will be no make up hour for that class).

Transportation:

The hands on trainings are held in Fenerbahçe S.K. Dereağzı Tesisleri. The information about the transportation is given below:

It’s 15 minutes walkfrom the Söğütlüçeşme Metrobus Station (Last Station). It generally takes 45-60 mins from Boğaziçi University to Fenerbahçe S.K. Dereağzı Tesisleri.

Hands on Trainings:

Hands on Trainings will start on February 22, Monday.

Our trainings are formed of 6 classes (each 2.5 hours) in weekdays. If your class is in the weekends, you may complete the 15 hours in 2-hour classes but you will be informed about the timing of that week’s class in 2 days beforehand. Our trainings are held in Gorbon 6.20 and Cheese 6.5 boats.

Your classes may be cancelled due to the bad weather conditions. In the case of cancellation, Fenerbahçe will inform you 1-hour before the class takes place. If you would like to cancel that week’s class, you are kindly requested to send e-mail to until a day before your class at 4pm. If your class is in the weekends, you are kindly requested to send e-mail until Thursday at 4pm to the same e-mail address. Please make sure that you get a response to your e-mail (You don’t want to miss your class just for the hell of it). If you don’t get a response, please call (0216 542 92 51-79).

Payments:

Payments will be done after your classes are scheduled. The price of trainings is 490TL.

1st installment: 350TL (due February 19, Friday)

2nd installment: 140TL (due March 2, Wednesday)

Important: Please add your name to the subject part of the receipt. If you do the payment through Garanti Bank office in South Campus, there will be no bank charges.
