Chapter 48: Homecoming
Hamtaro(Narrator): “Alright! Time to start the second Act of 4!”
James (Narrator): “Way to spoil it.”
*Everyone was asleep at the time. Hamtaro’s room...*
Hamtaro: “I wonder if Laura’s alright. I hope so...”
*Hamtaro remembered flashback pictures of James’s mother. Then he remembered his own mother.*
Hamtaro: “I think I’ll go visit Mom when we get home.”
*Hamtaro falls asleep.*
*Unknown location.*
???: “Help...”
Hamtaro: “Huh!?”
???: “Help...”
*Hamtaro was in a desert location, in his hamster form. A princess was seen in a bubble.*
Hamtaro: “That voice...I know it from somewhere before...”
???: “Hamtaro...please help...”
Hamtaro: “Princess Shera!? Long time, no see!”
Shera: “It’s good to hear from you too!”
Hamtaro: “What’s going on? Did Desert Cat get out again?”
Shera: “Yes, but it wasn’t my fault!”
Hamtaro: “What do you mean?”
Shera: “Come to the Kingdom of Hamuja. Prince Hamuja will explain everything there!”
Hamtaro: “Well, sure, but-“
*Shera’s bubble began to fly away.*
Hamtaro: “Shera! WAIT!!”
*Hamtaro began to chase her, but then fell down a hole. He woke up on the floor of his room, in his human form.*
Hamtaro: “Huh!?”
Bijou: *Enters the room.* “Hamtaro! Are you alright!?”
Hamtaro: *Ouchie chi chi...* “Yeah. I just fell off my bed.”
Bijou: “What were you talking about in your sleep? Was it about Shera?”
Hamtaro: “Y-yeah...she’s in trouble again.”
Bijou: “Was it the Desert Cat?”
Hamtaro: “It was, but she wasn’t the one that released him!”
Bijou: “I think we better get going. It’s time you got up anyway.”
*Penelope’s room.*
Penelope: “Ooh...which one to wear?”
Pashmina: *knocks on door.* “Penelope! It’s time to go outside the ship!”
Penelope: “I know! Ok, maybe I should go with everyone knows what I look like when I’m at home...I’ll bring the cape with me in my backpack!”
*Penelope put on her Blanket and followed everyone outside, which results into her transformation back to hamster form.*
*Outside the Gummi Cruiser*
*The Group walked out of the Gummi Ship, and turned into their Hamster forms. Riku was wearing his Blindfold. Donald and Goofy just reduced size.*
James: “Riku, how can get in without a Keyblade or a badge?”
Riku: “I guess it’s just that I can get in without a hitch.”
Hamtaro: “Riku, I have a favor to ask you...”
Riku: “Huh?”
Hamtaro: “Can you activate a portal to the sunflower field on this picture?”
Riku: “Uh, sure.”
Hamtaro: “James, Bijou, could you two come with me?”
James: “Um, sure.”
Bijou: “Oui, but why?”
Hamtaro: “You’ll see.”
*Sunflower field.*
*A portal appeared, and Riku, James, Bijou, and Hamtaro steps out.*
Hamtaro: “This is the place!”
James: “How can you tell? It looks just like a regular sunflower field...”
Hamtaro: “Want to know about this place?”
Everyone else: *Agreeing grunts.*
Hamtaro: “This is the general place where I was born.”
James: “Oooh. Wait, then why here?”
Hamtaro: “I want to talk to my mom.”
James: “Huh?”
Hamtaro: “She passed away...but I feel I can talk to her here.”
Bijou: “Hamtaro...”
Riku: “Let him do this.”
Bijou: “Huh?”
Riku: “If’s that’s what he wished...then let’s see where can it go.”
*A cloud above changed to hamster shape. A white hamster was seen above.*
James: “Whoa!!”
Hamtaro’s mom: “Hamtaro.”
Hamtaro: “Hey, mom.”
Hamtaro’s mom: “I have to ask, why did you come here?”
Hamtaro: “It was because of seeing my friend’s mom that reminded me of you. I wanted to show you so much, like the journey I’m taking on.”
Hamtaro’s mom: “Well, I’m glad you took the time to visit me. Just remember: I’m always watching you. I’ll be proud of you. Always.”
Hamtaro: “Thank you, mom!”
James: “Hamtaro...”
Bijou: “Hamtaro.”
Hamtaro: “Yeah. I’m sorry about bringing you three with me, but I had to do this.”
James: “That’s fine with me.”
Hamtaro: “Mom, I gotta go! I still got plenty to do!”
Hamtaro’s mom: “If you need to go, then go. Take this with you.”
*Hamtaro’s Keyblade appeared. A glowing seed fell onto it, changing its shape. Its shape had a had intertwining leaves, with three jewels at each side around the loophole each a different color. The Jewels individually were blue, green, black, grey, yellow, and white in color, with the following people in the order described: Bijou, James, Boss, Oxnard, Penelope, and Sora. The blade was a sword with a Sunflower blossom near the tip and a seed near the loophole. The Chain had a Sunflower seed at the end of it. Hamtaro’s Lionheart became Ties of Friendship. Special ability: Copy special attacks from people that’s on the jewels.*
James: “Whoa...a new Keyblade!”
Bijou: “What are the jewels on the side?”
James: “No idea.”
Hamtaro’s mom: “Those jewels have a relation to friends Hamtaro made.”
James: “Hmm...Judging from the look on the jewels, It looks I see pictures of our friends on it. Hey! There’s even you and me, Bijou! There’s even Sora!”
Bijou: “Oh my!”
Hamtaro: “Thanks mom!”
Hamtaro’s mom: “Anytime...my son. Farewell...”
*Hamtaro’s mom’s cloud returned to the shape it was.*
Hamtaro: “Alright! Let’s get back to everyone!”
James: “Sure!”
*Riku opened a portal, then entered it along with everyone else.*
*Landing site.*
*Riku’s portal opened to where everyone was. Everyone that gone with Hamtaro stepped out, including Hamtaro.*
Boss: “So where’d you go?”
James: “Hamtaro shown us where he was born, and even shown his mom.”
Oxnard: “Isn’t she...”
James: “She passed away. Hamtaro knows that.”
Hamtaro: *Summons new Keyblade* “Check it out! It was a present from my mom!”
Sora: “Hey, a new Keyblade!”
James: “Hamtaro, in order to figure out what it does, how about we fight?”
Hamtaro: “Sure!”
Sora: “Alright! Everyone but me, Bijou, Penelope, Oxnard, and Boss can look around.”
Donald: “Sora, why did you say those names?”
Sora: “Uh...to tell you the truth, I don’t know. Something told me to do so.”
Bijou: “I can’t stay for now. I’m going to check out the town.”
Pepper: “Okay. We’ll see you later then!”
*Everyone but the Sora, and mentioned Ham-hams (Except for Bijou) left.*
James: “Okay, are you ready!?”
Hamtaro: “Bring it on!”
*Playground.*
*Cappy was walking around the area.*
???: “Hey, Cappy!”
Cappy: “Huh?”
???: “I’m ready!”
Cappy: “Stucky!”
*Stucky rolled into view and in front of Cappy. He’s wearing a new pipe with bumps.*
Stucky: “I’m ready!”
Cappy: “To play Hide and Seek?”
Stucky: “Well...Yes and No.”
Cappy: “Huh?”
Stucky: “I thought about it, and I decided that I’m ready...to join you guys!”
Cappy: “Heke?”
Stucky:: “I want to help on your journey!”
Cappy: “Really!? James would be happy to know that!”
Stucky: “What can you tell me about the places you’ve been?”
Cappy: “Well...there was a lot of places to hide, if you’re not fighting. I think there’s so many places, Our world looks like a garden!”
Stucky: “Whoa! Awesome! Now I’m really glad I get to go with you guys!”
Cappy: “Well, James said we need all the help we can get! So why not!”
Stucky: “Great!” *!* Oh Yeah! I found this lying around!”
*Stucky presented the Smasher Shield.*
Cappy: “That’s a... pretty small shield! But how are you going to hold it?”
*Stucky squirmed a bit before getting his arms out from the holes in front where the arms normally go.*
Cappy: “Hey! You’re not as stuck as I thought!”
Stucky: “I didn’t tell you this, but my old pipe broke, so I got a new one! This one got holes in the front I can fit my arms through!”
Cappy: “But if you’re rolling around, how are you going to get your arms in?”
Stucky: “This pipe has a lot of bumps, which is great for traction!”
Cappy: “Uh...okay?”
Stucky: “C’mon! Let’s go tell James!” *Begins to roll away*
Cappy: “Hey! That’s not the way! It’s this way!”
*Main street.*
*Bijou walks around the place, when a girl hamster noticed her. She wore a hat and a sash*
???: “Bijou!”
Bijou: “Huh?”
???: “You’re alright!”
Bijou: “Oh! Hello there, Oshare!”
Oshare: “What happened? There was news that a whole bunch of hamsters that disappeared over a week ago! You guys were gone! I just returned to town today to hear that you guys disappeared!”
Bijou: “We were on a journey!”
Oshare: “More like you guys ran away from home!”
Bijou: “Huh?”
Oshare: “The news said that all of you guys ran away!”
Bijou: “You mean they thought we ran away from home?”
Oshare. “Okay, I lied. I thought you guys ran away. Nobody else thought that.”
Bijou: “It iz fine!”
Oshare: “So can I join along?”
Bijou: “Excusez-moi?”
Oshare: “I want to join up with you guys because Hamtaro was there! Maybe I can even get him to be my boyfriend!”
Bijou: *Stern look* “Oshare...”
Oshare: “Huh?”
*Oshare looks at Bijou, then shakes her head.*
Oshare: “I see. You liked him first.”
Bijou: “Huh?”
Oshare: “I guess I understand. I’m sorry for butting in on what you were trying to catch.”
Bijou: “Uh...”
Oshare: “I meant that I am sorry for trying to tear you two apart.”
Bijou: *Surprised face* “HUH!?”
Oshare: “Oops! Oh dear, I meant I’m sorry for trying to get your guy!”
Bijou: “You may be my friend, but my goodness you’re acting strange!”
Oshare: “Okay, I think I got it now! I’m sorry for everything I did that was in your way to getting Hamtaro’s attention!”
Bijou: “Oooh. No problem.”
Oshare: “I think...I rather be with you guys than without.”
Bijou: “Are you telling me that you want to come with us anyway?”
Oshare: “Yes!”
Bijou: “Incroyable! Let’s go see that-Oh no!”
Oshare: “What iz wrong?”
Bijou: “I forgot that Hamtaro was having a training fight with James!”
Oshare: “Who iz James?
Bijou: “I’ll introduce him to you. Let’s get going!”
*Bijou and Oshare ran the way Bijou came.*
*Market Street.*
*Boss and Shiron were walking around.*
Shiron: “Is this a market?”
Boss: “Yep. It’s different from the worlds we traveled!”
Shiron: “The only worlds I’ve been in except for here was that coliseum, and that castle with the market!”
*A girl hamster with scrunchies was listening in. She had a jealous look and growling.*
Shiron: *?*
Boss: “Shiron! What’s up?”
Shiron: “I think we’re being watched!”
Boss: “By-“ *!* *begins to blush a bit.* “Sp-Sp-Sp-Sp-Sparkle!”
Sparkle: “Well, well, well. Where were you guys?”
Shiron: “Papa, who’s this girl?”
Sparkle: “Papa? Boss, what did you do? You better hope you have an explanation for this!”
Boss: “O-o-o-okay! Shiron was actually my drawing of Bijou, but I did a terrible job srawing her. I accidently used a magic stone Lazuli given me to have Shiron come to life. I learned a valuable lesson during the time Shiron was active, but the spell wore off. She became a drawing again until we our Journey took us to Hollow Bastion. A Wizard named Merlin and our friend, Aya, helped bring her to life, and to stay!”
Sparkle: “What a bunch of hogwash! There’s no way that actually-“
Boss: “What about the Sweet Paradise!”
Sparkle: “Huh?”
Boss: “The Sweet Paradise you believed in! What about our Journey!? And What about Shiron!”
Sparkle: “Well...okay, I’ll give that to you. But there’s no way you were on a Journey with Hamtaro and everyone!”
Boss: “Then how about this for a shocker: Hamtaro likes Bijou!”
Sparkle: *Covers ears* “La-la-la-la-la-la-la-la! I can’t hear you!”
Shiron: *Sigh* “Let’s go Papa. She doesn’t seem to believe us.”
*Boss and Shiron begins to walk off.*
Sparkle: “Huh?”
*Sparkle actually heard what Boss said. She then had a down look.*
Sparkle: (Ooh...Hamtaro DOES like Bijou. I guess...it’s hard for me to admit it, but I think I better go with them. If Boss was right, then I guess I need to find love elsewhere...) “Boss, Shiron, wait!”
Boss/Shiron: “Heke?”
Sparkle: “I’ll...I’ll...I’ll go with you guys. I don’t know why I’m doing this, and I’ll get in trouble with Glitter...but I’ll go with you!”
Boss: *Grabs Sparkle’s hand* “Great! Let’s go then!”
Sparkle: “H-hey! Where are we going?”
Boss: “My friend, James will accept help from anyone! He’ll explain everything!”
*Boss, Sparkle, (who was being dragged along) and Shiron ran back the way they came!
*Lapis and Lazuli’s house.*
*Lapis and Lazuli were looking at their house.*
Lapis: “You know, it’s been quite a while since we’ve been inside the Sweet Paradise.”
Lazuli: “But sister, we have no means to open the gate again!”
Lapis: “We do!”
Lazuli: “Huh?”
Lapis: “That sword that Sora and James had. It can open any lock...”
Lazuli: “Including the gate to Paradise itself! Ooh, sis, you’re a genius!”
Lapis: “The next time we’re here, maybe we can ask James to open the Paradise.”
Lazuli: “Do you think we can do it?”
Lapis: “I think after reading the Ham-hams’s adventures, I think his curiosity is peaked.”
*Landing Site*
Hamtaro: “HAH!”
*Hamtaro used Fire Raid, and James dodges it. He counters with Warpinator, but Hamtaro counters it.*
James: “I know all your tricks now, so unless you can pull an attack from under your hat, You’re going down!”
*James prepares to use Lethal Flame, when the Yellow jewel on Hamtaro’s Keyblade began to glow.*
Hamtaro: “Huh?”
James: “What’s going on!?”
Hamtaro: “Hmm...”
*Hamtaro jumps into the air. His Keyblade was electrically charged. He then threw it down to the ground, causing a massive electric shockwave. Hamtaro used Penelope’s Mega Volt attack!”
James: “What the hell.”
*James took the full force of the attack.*
*Everyone that decided to do some business of their own returned to see James fried to a crisp.*
Pashmina: “What happened!?”
James: “Hamtaro’s new Keyblade somehow allowed him to pull off Penelope’s Mega-Volt attack.”
Penelope: “How is that possible?”
James: “Perhaps those jewels allow Hamtaro to execute special moves we know.”
*Pashmina gets a closer look at Hamtaro’s Keyblade.*
Pashmina: “Now that you mentioned it, I see a bunch of pictures of our friends on them.*
*Pashmina touch the Keyblade, then Keyblade began to glow! The Green Jewel moved to underneath the seed, and a Pink Jewel with Pashmina’s picture on it appeared! Pashmina flinched back when the Keyblade began to glow.*
James: “Whoa!
Pashmina: “Now there’s a jewel on Hamtaro’s Keyblade with my picture on it!”
Riku: “It seems that whenever someone touches Hamtaro’s Keyblade, and it happens to be a friend of his, he gains the ability of that friend onto his Keyblade, so he can execute it himself.”
Pashmina: “So he can execute one of my moves?”
James: “Seems like it.”
*Hamtaro looks at his Keyblade very carefully.*
Hamtaro: (Mom... thank you.) “Guys! I have something to say!”
James: “What’s seems to be the matter?”
Hamtaro: “We’re not done visiting yet!”
Everyone else: “Huh?”
Andre: “Hamtaro, what’s this about?”
Hamtaro: “We’ll come back to the Sandbox tonight. I’ll explain everything there!”
*12:00 am. Sandbox.*
*Hamtaro was waiting for everyone to show up.*
*Everyone shown up, including Stucky, Sparkle, and Oshare. Beast-ham was in his Wolf form.*
Hamtaro: *Sweat drop and shuddering* “_W-w-w-w-w-w-Who’s that wolf?”
Beast-ham: “It’s me Hamtaro.”
Hamtaro: *Whew* “It’s just Beast-ham! I thought for a second I was talking to a different wolf.”
Beast-ham: “I can’t help it that I’m scary during the night. I change whenever the moon’s out, even when my Medallion is inactive.”
Sparkle: “A wolf that can talk?”
Oshare: “Okay, this is getting strange.”
James: “Who are you two?”
Stucky: “They’re friends of the Ham-hams!”
James: “Are you here to join us Stucky?”
Stucky: “I got a new pipe and a shield! Is that proof enough for you?”
James: “Right. You’re in. And who are you two?”
Sparkle: *Sweatdrop* “Uh, Sparkle!”
Oshare: “I’m Oshare!”
James: “Right. I’m James. I was the one to convince the Ham-hams to join up.”
Sora: “I’m Sora! And the three behind me are Riku, Donald, and Goofy!”
Riku: “Hey.”
Donald: “Hello there!”
Goofy: “How ya doin’?”
Sparkle: *Annoyed face* “What’s with the guy with the Blindfold? Is he acting blind?”
Riku: “Unless you want to see something scary, I suggest you don’t try me.”
Sparkle: “I call your bluff!”
Riku: *Takes off Blindfold.* “Very well. Don’t I didn’t warn you!”
*Riku yells as an eruption of Darkness flared up. Sparkle looked intimidated at the transformation, then looked scared as Riku assumed his Ansem form.*
Riku: “Scary enough for you?”
