FIRST REPORTED PERIOD

(from 11 March to 31 August)

Activity 1: Launching project communication

  1. Communication manager appointment;
  2. Setting up contacts with media and press;
  3. Logistics of launching conference in PernikMunicipality;
  4. Launching conference in PernikMunicipality.

Activity 2: Creating & operating management tools

1. Starting preparation of Communication Plan;

  1. Appearances - 11 (eleven) in press and other media:
  • 2 (two) Pressreleases in 2 (two) local newspapers;
  • 2 (one) Pressrelease on local radio;
  • 2 (one) Pressrelease and video material on local TV cannel;
  • 5 (five) Pressreleases on Internet.

Activity 4: Creating & operating management tools

  1. Day to day communication management;
  2. Local partner Web site link preparation and management;
  3. Communication with WP2 responsible partner.

SECOND REPORTED PERIOD

(from 01 October to 31 March)

Until first 3 months from second period PernikMunicipality has done the following:

Activity 1: Launching project communication

  1. Expert preparation of events appointment;
  2. Expert preparation presentations, dissemination materialsand monitoring system appointment;
  3. Permanent contacts with media and press.

Activity 2: Creating & operating management tools

1. Communication Plan;

  1. Appearances - 5 (five ) in press and other media:
  • 2 (two) Pressreleases in 2 (two) local newspapers;
  • 3 (three) Pressreleases on Internet /one of them is in national electronical commercial newspaper – “Targovski vestnik”/ .

Activity 4: Creating & operating management tools

1.Day to day communication management;

2.Local partner Web site link management;

3.Communication with WP2 responsible partner.

WHAT WE PLAN

  • To prepare and finish public procurement procedure for WP2 in second period. We plan to make copies of:
  • Leaflet – on English and Bulgarian –200 copies;
  • brouchures – one in the beginning and one final - on English and Bulgarian – 400 copies;
  • notebook - on English - 200copies;
  • sticker - on English - 100copies;
  • poster - on English - 50copies;
  1. folder - on English - 200copies;
  2. pen - on English - 200copies;
  3. hat - on English - 200copies;
  4. T-sirth - on English - 200copies;
  5. bussines card - on English and Bulgarian – 200copies.
  • To prepare and implement large Business forum in third period because on this period will be ready dissemination materials. In order to implement this target we plan to invite:
  1. BSG – SMEs and the largest metallurgy company on the Balkans – Stomana industry ;
  2. national, regional and local media – newspaper, TV and radio;
  3. NCP;
  4. NGOs;
  5. National Commerce chamber;
  6. Association of SMEs;
  7. Politics;
  8. sitizens and other.
  • To prepare and provide Appearances on national, regional and local media – newspaper, TV and radio and Internet;
  • To prepare and provide information to ReTInA`s Communication manager and ReTInA`s website;
  • To disseminate promotional materials;
  • To prepare and implement Final conference in Pernik Municipally.
